What We Are Looking For:  

Digital Diagnostics is looking for a driven, results-oriented individual who excels at getting things done with the Digital Diagnostics team as well as our customers. 

The candidate must be credentialed by JCAHPO for COT-T1 or COMT.  The role does not involve direct patient care, but remote management of results generated by the first FDA authorized artificial intelligence software as a medical device and interaction with customer clinics nation-wide. The successful candidate:

  • Assists the supervising physician in ensuring that the centralized AI system at the Practice Location accurately performs analysis and interpretation of the image and creates the diagnostic report.  

  • Act as the first line of response for all customer queries related to Digital Diagnostic’s AI system. 

  • Assists in developing processes and materials for customer training and issue resolutions to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.   

  • Conducts routine reviews and oversight of records to ensure adequate compliance, including physician orders, medical record documentation and claims.  

  • Serves as primary point of contact for all audits conducted by CMS, including its agents or designated fee-for-service contractors. 

  • Continued engagement with customers and customer success management team to ensure product is fully adopted, functioning as intended, and adding expected value. 

  • Adapt to challenges, learn quickly, identify best paths forward and coordinate execution of solutions. 

  • Foster positive working relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) 

  • Work with product management and development to provide customer feedback regarding issues as well as new features to be added to the product roadmap. 

Requirements:  

  • Credentialed by JCAHPO for Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT-T1 minimum) or Certified Ophthalmic Medical Technologist (COMT). 

  • Experience in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues as well as replicating and documenting for further escalation where required. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to fill a range of roles as needed, including a willingness to learn new things.
